  • Extended Areas: Kukatpally, Miyapur, Begumpet, Jubilee Hills

Delivery Zones and Charges

  • Zone A (Central Hyderabad): Free delivery on orders above ₹299
  • Zone B (Extended Areas): Free delivery on orders above ₹499
  • Zone C (Outskirts): Free delivery on orders above ₹799
  • Express Delivery: Available in Zone A and B with additional charges

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

  • Groceries & Daily Essentials: 30-90 minutes
  • Electronics & Appliances: Same day or next day
  • Fashion & Lifestyle: 1-3 business days
  • Fresh Produce: 20-60 minutes
  • Medicines: 30-45 minutes

Express Delivery

  • Super Fast: 15-30 minutes (select items only)
  • Priority: Within 60 minutes
  • Available: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily
  • Additional Charges: ₹49-99 depending on distance

Scheduled Delivery

  • Choose specific delivery slots
  • Available in 2-hour time windows
  • Morning: 7:00-11:00 AM
  • Afternoon: 12:00-4:00 PM
  • Evening: 5:00-9:00 PM
  • Late Night: 9:00-11:00 PM (select areas)

3. Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery Charges

  • Orders below ₹299: ₹39 delivery fee
  • Orders ₹299-₹499: ₹29 delivery fee (Zone B & C)
  • Orders above minimum threshold: Free delivery
  • Rain/Weather surcharge: ₹15 during adverse weather

Special Delivery Charges

  • Express Delivery: ₹49-99 additional
  • Midnight Delivery: ₹99 additional (11 PM - 7 AM)
  • Large Items: ₹149 for appliances and furniture
  • Installation Services: ₹199-599 depending on product
